Basics of Faith

One God - Three Persons: Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit

The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit have always existed as One. (Genesis 1:26, Luke 3:21-22, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 2:18, John 1:1-4)

Salvation: Jesus is the Way

We can only be saved through believing and accepting Jesus and His sacrifice for our sins. This frees us from eternal death and suffering. Jesus rose on the third day and lives now forever more. At the end of time, all will rise from the dead to face judgment. (John 3:16, Romans 6:23, John 14:6, Revelations 20:12)

Heaven and Hell: Eternal Realities

Heaven is the place of eternal life where believers dwell in peace with God; hell is the place of eternal misery where those who don’t believe in Christ dwell. (Luke 16:23, Mark 9:43, Revelations 20:15, Revelations 21:1-4)

The Bible: Inspired Word of God

The Scriptures were written by humans under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. They are God words to us. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:20-21)

The Great Commission: Our Journey while we wait!

When Jesus returned to Heaven He left us with a job to do, to make disciples of all people and nations. (Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15, Luke 10:2-3, Acts 1:8)
